  • Flexible Work Hours

SAXOTECH offers flexible work hours and the possibility to work remotely when possible.

  • Paid Leave EMEA mothers receive their full salary for twenty-four weeks of their maternity leave. EMEA fathers are awarded two weeks' leave with salary during paternity leave. When your child is ill SAXOTECH offers you the ability to stay home on the first day with pay (Barnets første sygedag). On top of the mandated five weeks vacation, SAXOTECH EMEA also offers an additional three days off.
  • Social Arrangements

At SAXOTECH we find that it is important to give our employees a chance to get to know each other outside of work. We always have two social events during the year – the summer party in August and the Christmas lunch in December. SAXOTECH also has a "Personaleforening" which sponsors different social events such as DVD-club, movies, wine tasting, a Christmas party for the whole family and lectures on work, joy, etc.
