  • Paid Leave EMEA mothers receive their full salary for twenty-four weeks of their maternity leave. EMEA fathers are awarded two weeks' leave with salary during paternity leave. When your child is ill SAXOTECH offers you the ability to stay home on the first day with pay (Barnets første sygedag). On top of the mandated five weeks vacation, SAXOTECH EMEA also offers an additional three days off.
  • Social Arrangements

At SAXOTECH we find that it is important to give our employees a chance to get to know each other outside of work. We always have two social events during the year – the summer party in August and the Christmas lunch in December. Sales Manager Central Europe

The SAXOTECH worldwide sales organization consists of two departments covering the US and EMEA respectively.

Outline of the job
SAXOTECH is searching for a highly- motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager with focus on Central Europe to execute the sales strategy. The Sales Manager, Central Europe will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA. The job includes extensive travelling - approximately 3 days a week.
The core responsibilities will include:


  • Development and execution of the sales plan for Central Europe

  • Overall client sales operations

  • Identifying new opportunities within the Central European market

  • Identifying new growth opportunities

  • Budgets in order to achieve and exceed sales targets


Practical experience

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate


  • Leadership and operational management skills in a sales / customer environment

  • Strong software sales experience preferably in Central Europe and/or internationally

  • Talent to close deals, excellent communication skills and obvious success in communicating at Board level

  • A proven track record in growing business in international environments

  • Knowledge and network within Media Industry is an advantage but not an ultimate criteria

  • Experience with long sales cycles (6-18 months)


Personal qualifications


  • Outgoing personality

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong and high level trust/working relationships

  • Thorough understanding of sales and marketing

  • Constructive and optimistic - growth and result oriented

  • Ability to determine customer needs

  • Structured and methodical

Location

The candidate will be working out of the Aalborg office, but due to travel frequency, the candidate could very well be living elsewhere.
