 Anders Christiansen, Chief Executive Officer
Joining SAXOTECH in 1998, Anders brings more than 20 years of executive leadership to the company. Anders previously served as CEO of UK-based software company Peopledoc Ltd., where he actively transformed the company from a small software development firm into an industry-leading application provider of the document management industry. Additionally, Anders drove millions via funding efforts into the company. Previous to Peopledoc, Anders was CEO of Denmark-based CMA Software, supplying software solutions for IBM mainframe systems. During a two year span, Anders achieved an international footprint for the company, successfully selling the organization to Legent Corp. Prior to his work at CMA and Legent, Anders worked as sales manager and director of sales and marketing at Computer Associates, Nordic. Anders worked in expanding the company from 25 to 130 employees, increasing revenues 600 percent. Anders holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Aarhus in Denmark. | | |  Bill Gilmour, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Bill brings twenty-plus years of progressive financial executive management experience to SAXOTECH with an extensive background with software companies. Bill has held senior level positions including controller, manufacturing division for Ford Glass Limited; director of operations and chief financial officer for A.C. Hamilton, Inc.; corporate controller for Madison Chemical Industries; controller, Marcam Canada Ltd.; chief financial officer and vice president of Finance for MAPICS, Inc.; and most recently, chief financial officer for Alogent Corporation. Bill has held these positions at corporations in both the U.S. and Canada. In his role at SAXOTECH, Bill leads the financial and control efforts in growing SAXOTECH and maximizing business potential in European and North American markets. Bill holds a bachelor's of commerce from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in Canada. | | |  Glenn Allart Andersen, General Manager, Scandinavia
Glenn is responsible for SAXOTECH’s direct sales and channel operations in Scandinavia and German-speaking Europe. Prior to SAXOTECH Glenn brings 20-plus years of experience within the software industry establishing a solid sales track record in the financial sector of Denmark. Glenn served as director of financial services for CSC Denmark. He’s previously held sales management positions in West Datasupport/Admiral and served as senior vice president of development in Nykredit. Glenn holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from The University of Copenhagen. | | |  Ole Kristensen, Vice President, Development
Ole brings extensive general management and business development experience to SAXOTECH. Throughout his 20 - year career, Ole has held the positions of chief technology officer, chief architect and co-founder at a variety of high-tech companies. At SAXOTECH, he is responsible for overseeing 60-plus software developers in Denmark and in the U.S. Ole holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering as well as a graduate diploma in business administration, majoring in organization and management. | | |  Paul Harris, Vice President, Corporate Marketing
Paul adds 18 years of strategic communications management and technology-focused marketing experience to the SAXOTECH team. Prior to joining SAXOTECH, Paul held numerous management positions over 5 years at Paradyne Corporation. Most recently in his role as director of marketing, Paul was responsible for corporate marketing and investor relations, interfacing extensively with the media, industry and financial analysts. Paul was director of corporate marketing at Digital Lightwave where he led the company’s investor relations, public relations and communications programs. Paul now leads SAXOTECH’s worldwide marketing efforts. He has a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications from Elon University. | | |  Peter Ibsen, Executive Vice President, Products and Strategy
Peter comes to SAXOTECH with more than 20 years of business process automation expertise. Prior to SAXOTECH, Peter was a lead software professional at Danish venture finance company DVF working to establish executive management teams at technology startups. Peter joined DVF after seven years of embedded and industrial robotics work in the food processing industry where he held a CEO position. Peter relocated to Tampa, Florida from Denmark, in 2005, to continue product development efforts at SAXOTECH’s global headquarters. Peter has an MS in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. | | | |
