Four McClatchy newsrooms spanning three states in the southeast U.S. will soon take a major step forward in the era of 24-hour news publishing. In a move to leverage technology advancements for group publishing, McClatchy has signed a contract with SAXOTECH to deploy a Central Channel Agnostic Content management and Production system to serve 265 users at The Bradenton Herald (Bradenton, Fla.), The Telegraph (Macon, Ga.), Ledger-Enquirer (Columbus, Ga.) and The Sun-Herald (Gulfport, Miss.).
